Giampaolo Tabarrini is the creator of some of the most prestigious and sought after wines that the Umbrian region has ever had; as a result there is continuous approval from the Italian and international press. Today, the Tabarrini wines are on the menus and shelves of the most famous restaurants and wine bars around the world. Tabarrini wines are certified  sustainable by Umbrian authorities and Ita.Caprotocol (Italian Carbon Control Calculator). During the harvest, everything is handpicked. The winery produces 70.000 bottles per year from 18 hectares of vineyards on own property.

In addition to being known for his three different types of Sagrantino, Giampaolo is also the pioneer of the rediscovery of the Trebbiano Spoletino, a native variety used in Adarmando. For years it has been the leading bottle and reference for all enthusiasts, connoisseurs, and new aficionados.
